a. Custom and Standard Items:
We offer both pre-designed products and custom 3D-printed items tailored to your specifications.

b. Accuracy of Designs:
For custom orders, ensure that all information and design specifications provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in designs submitted by the customer.

c. Variations:
Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur. These are not considered defects.

3. Ordering and Payment

a. Payment Methods:
We accept payments through our shop marketplace. All payments must be made in full before production begins.

b. Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. Please review the details carefully. Contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

c. Cancellations:
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional time.

b. Shipping:
We ship via USPS to Domestic territories within the United States. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

c. Delays:
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

d. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance.

5. Returns

6. Intellectual Property

All designs and content on our website are the intellectual property of Fabricated Pixels unless otherwise specified. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
Any harm caused by improper use or installation of our 3D-printed items.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.

Return and Refund Policy

At Fabricated Pixels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and clear process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

Non-custom items: Must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom or personalized items (including custom 3D-printed signs or straw emotes designed specifically for you).
Items marked as final sale.

2. Return Time Frame

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at fabricatedpixels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our approval and detailed return instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets return eligibility. Refunds will be issued:

To the original payment method used.
Within 5-7 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not qualify for a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

Please include photos of the damage and a description of the issue.

Note:

3D printed items will have visible lines along the edges and surfaces of the items, this is normal and to be expected in this type of product.

There will always be some color variances with 3D printing and we cannot guarantee exact color matching, especially on multicolored prints.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for non-custom items in their original condition. Follow the return process above to exchange an item. Please note, replacement items may incur additional shipping charges.
